Account Executive
HCI Energy is an early-stage company that designs and builds hybrid power systems for mission critical applications. By utilizing a combination of renewable energy (solar and wind) along with highly efficient generator technology, we provide ultimate power reliability on or off-grid. As an Account Executive, you'll act as the link between HCI and our customers. You will strive to understand your client's goals so that they may be met with effective solutions by using HCI’s suite of hybrid power products. Build/Install/Integrate generators, battery energy storage, solar arrays, and wind turbines in a pre-packaged, turn-key product. HCI utilizes ISO Containers and custom designed shelters to produce the Hybrid Cube. Work with engines, electrical components and wiring, run conduit, lighting, alarms, and power. Wire up solar panels, batteries, and power conversion equipment. Span of control may include small and heavy equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess an Associate’s Degree, Technical Degree, Certification or Training as an Apprentice or Electrician or appropriate on-the-job experience
- 2+ years professional work experience required
- Some electrical knowledge (OHMS LAW, use of multimeter, wire and conduit standards, codes, etc.)
- Experience in power, automotive, construction, heavy equipment, or commercial machinery.
- Willingness to travel (possibly internationally) up to 10% of the time.

The Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement is a key position reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer working closely with the VP of Sales and the Marketing teams. A key focus is to enable the sales team to meet and exceed its revenue goals through ensuring alignment of sales processes across functional teams within the organization and management of technology, content and training to enable the sales team to work smarter and perform better.
The MSOE manages support functions essential to sales force productivity including creating, evaluating, and optimizing data-driven sales solutions and sales applications to drive the client retention and growth goals of the organization. The MSOE is responsible for operationalizing sales processes and policy, CRM oversight, sales process optimization, and sales program implementation. The MSOE manages sales administration, including contracts, oversees business analytics and system planning, and designs and implements sales force enablement programs and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate organizational planning processes for revenue generation, revenue reporting, account planning
- Lead efforts to build and maintain top target list (bottoms up TAM/SAM)

The Sales Engineer I/II role is a key position reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. A key focus is to enable and support the sales team with technical expertise and align functional teams within the organization to meet customer design requirements. The role requires the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in engineering in the design and construction of hybrid power solutions.
The nature of the role also requires analytical and technical skills which are usually associated with the attainment of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, a closely related field, or the equivalent in education and/or work experience.

- Deliver presentations and product updates to internal and external stakeholders. Be the voice of the customer to internal teams, and the voice of engineering to external customer teams.
- Lead the definition of customer solutions while assisting with engineering design and product development for new hybrid power systems and product improvements.
- Translate general customer requirements into a specific CSOW (Customer statement of work) used by both internal and external stakeholders.

- Travel to repair and maintain HCI Energy equipment on client sites including site safety, electrical system maintenance and repair, field reports, etc.
- Act as remote support for customers when not onsite to troubleshoot and fix system performance issues as needed.

- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales team members have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales team members are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and arranging delivery dates in tandem with project management team.
