With more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector, Scott Tampke serves as Vice President of Sales at HCI Energy where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and sales operations. He works closely with the leadership team to guide growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure HCI Energy’s power solutions reach the organizations that depend on them.

Before joining HCI Energy in 2025, Scott co-founded Perceptive Power Infrastructure, a company focused on delivering energy solutions to rural America and held senior leadership roles including Director of Renewable Energy Business Development at Black & Veatch and Chief Sales Officer at Elecsys Corporation. His background in product innovation, energy technology deployment, and SaaS driven infrastructure gives HCI Energy a strong blend of technical depth and strategic business insight.

Under Scott’s leadership, HCI Energy is advancing intelligent, distributed power systems for critical backup and remote off grid operations. His focus on customer success and practical innovation helps organizations modernize aging UPS infrastructure, improve reliability, and maintain essential services in demanding environments.
