Eighth Annual Conference Brings Innovators to Kansas City

HCI Energy Exhibits at IEEE GreenTech 2016

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (Apr. 9, 2015) — HCI Energy, LLC attended the eighth annual IEEE GreenTech event Apr. 7-8 with fellow businesses from all areas of green technologies in electrical and electronics engineering. Held in Kansas City, the conference attracted hundreds of professionals to discuss how various technologies related to renewable energy, sustainability and efficiency are affecting related industries today, as well as provide insight into the new and transformative technologies on the horizon that have the potential to become industry game-changers.

In addition to attending, HCI Energy was one of approximately a dozen exhibitors to host a booth for attendees. Within the booth exhibition space, HCI Energy provided information about its contributions to green energy generation through its Hybrid Cube, an innovative transportable, self-contained power plant. HCI Energy provided equipment vendors First Element Energy and Saft an opportunity to share its exhibition space to give attendees a better indication of how various aspects of the Hybrid Cube will be built and how it will function to produce reliable clean power.

“The IEEE GreenTech event will be a great way for us to leverage our relationships with First Element Energy and Saft to better showcase the capabilities of the Hybrid Cube. In addition to sharing more about this patented technology and its ability to transform how we deliver reliable energy anywhere around the world at any time, we hope to gain valuable insight into what other companies are doing to drive energy innovation forward,” said Ray Ansari, CEO and founder of HCI Energy.

Each year the IEEE Green Technologies conference seeks to focus on the technologies, policies and industries that shape energy production, transmission and distribution, and consumption now and in the future. Kansas City was selected to host this year’s event, and the conference was held at the Intercontinental Hotel near Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza.
