OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (Nov. 13, 2015) — Early next week, Hybrid Communications, Inc. (HCI) Founder and CEO Ray Ansari and Director Ben Kalny are scheduled to host a booth at AfricaCom, the premier expo in Africa for decision-makers throughout the digital economy. HCI will share ideas and information about how its innovative alternative energy product, the Hybrid Cube, is poised to transform the telecom industry.

“We’re really looking forward to exhibiting at AfricaCom and showcasing how the Hybrid Cube can be a green solution for reliable energy within the digital space,” said Ansari. “As the demand for uninterrupted communication services to mobile devices around the globe continues to skyrocket, telecom towers must be connected to a continuous power supply source. Our Hybrid Cube presents a unique way to fill that very real need. We hope to connect with some of the top telecom companies in attendance to learn more about how we can become an integral part of their future growth.”

The Hybrid Cube is a self-contained, transportable solution that uses a proprietary combination of technology to provide renewable energy at a cost savings of up to 60 percent over traditional backup energy sources. Given that renewable energy sources represent the largest segment of power providers in off-grid locations and are forecast to represent the largest segment of providers in unreliable grid locations by the end of 2016, the need for a product like the Hybrid Cube is imminent.

Features of the product include rapid deployment, integration and pre-assembly with end-user equipment, transportation to even the most remote locations, and on-demand energy accessibility tailored to environmental conditions. In addition to its patented technology and ISO shipping container design, these differences help the Hybrid Cube stand apart from other renewable energy sources currently on the market.

“The Hybrid Cube truly is a game-changer in the renewable energy space. At AfricaCom, we hope to successfully share our story and use this product to help meet a variety of telecom needs globally,” said Kalny. “Though the Hybrid Cube will likely have a positive impact in a variety of industries, telecom is a great place for us to start making a name for this incredible solution.”

AfricaCom will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, next Tuesday through Thursday. In addition to 10,000 attendees expected, the event will feature more than 375 exhibitors representing the world’s most innovative, forward-thinking telecom brands.
