Jay Mansheim

Project Manager

Jay Mansheim is a certified Project Management Professional and Engineer with 15 years of experience working within and leading interdisciplinary teams of professionals creating innovative solutions to complex problems.  As Head of Program Management Office at HCI Energy, Jay is responsible for the team leading our portfolio of projects through the various stages of operations.  From design, to production, delivery logistics, and on to successful site commissioning, he is responsible for customer communication and ensuring project success.

Jay joined HCI Energy after 13 years working for MRIGlobal.  His experiences there designing and fielding mobile infrastructure for the U.S. Department of Defense in the Middle East and Africa taught Jay many valuable lessons about practical equipment design, field operations, and working under critical timelines.  These experiences translate well to leading the Program Management Office at HCI Energy.

Outside of work, Jay spends much of his time with his wife and two young daughters.  He enjoys summers at the lake with family, cheering on his girls in gymnastics, and spending time with an outgoing group of friends and neighbors.
