Ryan Holland

Director of Technology

Ryan Holland is the Director of Technology at HCI Energy, LLC, where he leads the software development, electrical engineering, and IT teams. He earned a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2008, specializing in power systems. Before his tenure at HCI, Ryan contributed to the development of the IT infrastructure for Artio Medical, a medical device startup based in Kansas City.

Since August 2023, Ryan has been dedicated to leveraging his experience in electronics manufacturing, transformer design, and industrial automation to advance HCI Energy’s position as a leader in the sustainable energy sector.
